I do like your image Barry, I have not done a composite image recently, but have been thinking about having a go for some time now. Barry 475 Report post Posted May 23, 2018 Not so much with a composite, I think you meant a filtered image, but yes our 20-30MP cameras give these filters too many pixels to work on. In my view they turn in a better result if you reduce the resolution to 120-150 pixels per inch. I didn't have to do that with this picture that was taken with a Canon D60, which was 6MP if my memory serves me right. The trick is you cannot just apply the filter and walk away, that doesn't work, the image needs a bit of TLC too.
